5. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms for services are set out in individual service agreements. Payments are generally non-refundable, as we allocate dedicated resources and begin work promptly after onboarding.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or delivery of a service, contact us at hello@heyglobal.co within 7 days of project start. We will work in good faith to resolve the concern and may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds or service credits based on the specific case.

7. Limitation of Liability
